- Use courses and downloads for personal, non-commercial learning unless explicitly licensed otherwise.
- Do not upload or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
- Follow all safety instructions for tool usage, workspace setup, and material handling.
Payments and Access
Course fees grant personal, non-transferable access. Refunds may apply per policy. Taxes may be added where applicable. Access begins once payment is confirmed.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Refund eligibility is determined by course progress and time since purchase per our refund policy.
- Chargebacks for valid charges may result in account suspension.
Limits of Liability
We provide guidance; users are responsible for safe tool use and workspace conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woodcraft Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course use.
Acceptable Use
You will not misuse the platform to distribute malware, spam, or any content that incites harm. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or resell course access.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Intellectual Property
All course content, brand assets, and materials are owned by Woodcraft Academy or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal learning. Do not reproduce or distribute without permission.
Privacy

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. Upon termination, your rights to use services cease immediately, except for rights that survive by their nature.
